Hazoor Multi Projects Reports Decline in Profits and Rising Interest Expenses in March 2025 Results

Hazoor Multi Projects, operating in the realty sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The results indicate a notable shift in the company's evaluation, with the score adjusting to -17 from -29 over the past three months.
The financial data reveals that Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter stands at Rs 20.89 crore, reflecting a decline of 15.1% compared to the average PBT of Rs 24.61 crore from the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) is reported at Rs 16.78 crore, which is down 13.0% from the average PAT of Rs 19.29 crore in the same timeframe.

In terms of sales, the latest six-month net sales figure is Rs 414.34 crore, showing a year-on-year decline of 23.91%. Additionally, interest expenses have reached their highest level in the last five quarters at Rs 5.04 crore, marking a quarter-on-quarter increase of 10.77%. This rise in interest costs suggests an increase in borrowings, which could impact the company's financial stability.
