HB Portfolio Reports Significant Profit Growth Amid Liquidity Concerns in June 2025 Results

HB Portfolio, a microcap entity in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, has released its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The results indicate a notable shift in evaluation, with the score improving to -6 from -23 over the past three months.
The financial data reveals several positive trends for HB Portfolio. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) has shown significant growth, reaching Rs 3.38 crore, which reflects an increase of 801.3% compared to the average PBT of Rs 0.38 crore from the previous four quarters. Similarly, the Profit After Tax (PAT) has surged to Rs 2.18 crore, marking a remarkable growth of 17,540.0% against an average PAT of Rs -0.01 crore in the prior quarters. Additionally, net sales have also seen an upward trend, reported at Rs 7.70 crore, which is a 30.8% increase over the average net sales of Rs 5.89 crore from the last four quarters.

However, the financial results also highlight a concern regarding liquidity, as cash and cash equivalents have reached their lowest point in the last six half-yearly periods, recorded at Rs 7.21 crore.
