HUDCO Reports Strong Q3 FY24-25 Results with Record Sales and Profit Growth
Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has announced its financial results for the third quarter of FY24-25, revealing notable developments in its performance metrics. The company reported net sales of Rs 2,760.23 crore, which reflects a significant year-on-year growth. This achievement marks the highest quarterly sales recorded in the last five quarters, suggesting a favorable trend in sales activity.In terms of operating profit, HUDCO achieved a record high of Rs 2,686.87 crore, indicating a consistent upward trajectory over the past five quarters. The profit before tax (PBT), excluding other income, was reported at Rs 921.75 crore, showcasing a substantial year-on-year increase. Additionally, the profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 735.03 crore, representing a noteworthy rise compared to the previous year, and this figure is the highest recorded in the last five quarters.
