HUDCO Reports Record Net Sales and Operating Profit Amid Score Adjustment in March 2025
Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing a mix of performance indicators. The company achieved its highest quarterly net sales at Rs 2,844.99 crore, reflecting a notable growth trajectory over the past five quarters. This positive trend is echoed in the operating profit, which also reached a peak of Rs 2,873.10 crore during the same period.In terms of profitability, HUDCO's profit after tax (PAT) for the nine-month period stands at Rs 2,151.39 crore, marking a year-on-year growth of 28.75%. Similarly, the profit before tax (PBT), excluding other income, reached Rs 1,010.34 crore, showcasing a year-on-year increase of 24.07%.
Despite these positive financial metrics, the overall evaluation of HUDCO has undergone an adjustment, with the score reflecting a shift from 18 to 13 over the last three months. This revision in its score indicates a change in assessment, warranting attention from stakeholders.
