ICICI Lombard Reports Strong Financial Performance Amid Declining Operating Cash Flow in June 2025

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a notable performance in various key metrics. The company has experienced a significant adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting a score improvement to 8 from -2 over the past three months.
The financial highlights reveal that net sales reached Rs 6,395.57 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters. This positive trend is mirrored in the operating profit, which also peaked at Rs 980.74 crore during the same period. Furthermore, profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 980.74 crore, demonstrating a year-on-year growth of 27.29%. Profit after tax (PAT) followed suit, reaching Rs 747.08 crore, with a year-on-year increase of 28.7%. The earnings per share (EPS) also hit a high of Rs 15.04, indicating enhanced profitability for shareholders. Additionally, the company has declared a dividend per share of Rs 12.50, the highest in the last five years.

However, it is important to note that the operating cash flow has seen a decline, recorded at Rs 1,147.30 crore, the lowest in the last three years, indicating a decrease in cash revenues from business operations.
