Ind Bank Housing has released its financial results for the third quarter of FY24-25, showcasing a flat performance relative to previous periods. The company has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score moving to 3 from -1 over the last three months, suggesting a shift in its financial metrics.
In the December 2024 financials, the operating profit (PBDIT) recorded was Rs -0.12 crore, which is the highest figure seen in the last five quarters. Similarly, profit before tax (PBT) also reached Rs -0.12 crore, indicating a notable trend. The profit after tax (PAT) was reported at Rs -0.05 crore, marking the highest level in the past five quarters and contributing to an increase in earnings per share (EPS) to Rs -0.05.

Despite these positive indicators, the company is grappling with challenges, particularly regarding its liquidity position. Cash and cash equivalents have fallen to Rs 3.83 crore, the lowest amount in the last six half-yearly periods, highlighting concerns in short-term liquidity. Overall, while Ind Bank Housing demonstrates some signs of enhanced profitability, its liquidity issues remain a critical concern.
