Indian Acrylics Reports Mixed Financial Results, Highlights Profit Improvement Amid Sales Decline in June 2025

Indian Acrylics, a microcap player in the petrochemicals industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The results indicate a mixed performance, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation score, which has shifted to -12 from -14 over the past three months.
On a positive note, the company achieved its highest Profit After Tax (PAT) in the last five quarters, recording a figure of Rs -4.72 crore. This trend suggests a potential improvement in profitability, as evidenced by the Earnings per Share (EPS), which also reached its highest level at Rs -0.35 during the same period, indicating an increase in earnings for shareholders.

Conversely, the financials reveal challenges for Indian Acrylics. Net Sales for the quarter stood at Rs 86.19 crore, reflecting a decline of 11.4% compared to the average of the previous four quarters, which was Rs 97.33 crore. Additionally, the Debt-Equity Ratio has risen to 18.14 times, marking the highest level in the last five half-yearly periods, suggesting an increased reliance on borrowing. Furthermore, the Debtors Turnover Ratio has decreased to 24.84 times, indicating a slowdown in the company's ability to settle its debts.
