Indian Hotels Co has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a mix of positive and challenging trends. The company's net sales reached Rs 4,466.22 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 29.25%, indicating a favorable near-term sales trajectory. Additionally, the company has maintained a strong dividend per share, which has consistently increased over the past five years, now standing at Rs 2.25. This demonstrates a commitment to returning profits to shareholders.

On the liquidity front, Indian Hotels Co reported cash and cash equivalents at Rs 2,181.56 crore, marking the highest level in the last three years, suggesting an improvement in short-term liquidity. Furthermore, the debt-equity ratio has reached a low of 0.28 times, indicating a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital.

However, the financial results also highlight some areas of concern. Profit Before Tax (PBT) has shown a decline, recorded at Rs 378.73 crore, which is a significant drop compared to the average of the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) has decreased to Rs 296.37 crore, also reflecting a downward trend when compared to prior averages.

Overall, Indian Hotels Co has experienced evaluation changes in its financial performance, leading to a revision in its score.
