MarketsMojo has given a 'Buy' call for Infosys, highlighting its strong track record and positive financial indicators.
Infosys, a leading IT software company, has recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 2024. The company has shown a flat performance in this quarter, with a score of 5 out of 10, compared to 6 in the previous quarter. However, there are still some positive aspects to take note of.
One of the highlights of Infosys' financials is its strong operating cash flow, which has been consistently high at Rs 25,210.00 crore in the last three years. This indicates that the company has been able to generate higher cash revenues from its business operations. Additionally, the net sales for the quarter have also been the highest in the last five quarters at Rs 40,986.00 crore, showing a positive trend in the near term.
Moreover, Infosys has also seen a positive trend in its operating profit (PBDIT) and profit before tax (PBT) in the last five quarters, with both reaching their highest levels at Rs 9,809.00 crore and Rs 8,541.00 crore respectively. This indicates that the company is performing well in terms of its profitability.
On the other hand, one area of concern for Infosys is its debtors turnover ratio, which has been at its lowest in the last five half-yearly periods at 4.91 times. This suggests that the company's pace of settling its debtors has slowed down.
Despite this, Infosys has received a 'Buy' call from MarketsMOJO, indicating that the company's overall performance is still positive. With a strong track record and positive financial indicators, Infosys continues to be a leading player in the IT software industry.
