International Combustion (India) has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing notable trends in its performance. The company has experienced a significant adjustment in its evaluation, with its score declining to -11 from 0 over the past three months.

On a positive note, International Combustion has reported its highest cash and cash equivalents in the last six half-yearly periods, amounting to Rs 8.62 crore, indicating an improvement in short-term liquidity. This aspect may provide some stability amid the challenges faced.

Conversely, the financial results indicate several areas of concern. The profit before tax less other income (PBT) has shown a substantial decline, recorded at Rs -1.36 crore, reflecting a negative trend year on year. Similarly, the profit after tax (PAT) stands at Rs -0.93 crore, also demonstrating a significant decrease compared to the previous year. The operating profit has reached its lowest point in the last five quarters at Rs 1.34 crore, and the operating profit margin has similarly declined to 2.24%, suggesting a deterioration in the company's efficiency.

Additionally, the earnings per share (EPS) have fallen to Rs -3.89, indicating a reduction in profitability for shareholders. The debtors turnover ratio has also decreased, now at 4.04 times, suggesting a slowdown in the company's ability to settle its debts.
