Johnson Controls-Hitachi Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Dividend Milestone in July'25
Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, with the announcement made on July 24, 2025. The company has experienced a notable adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift from 20 to -1 over the past three months.On a positive note, the company has achieved its highest annual dividend per share in the last five years, now standing at Rs 15.00. Additionally, the dividend payout ratio has reached a peak of 69.33%, indicating a significant distribution of profits to shareholders.
Conversely, the financial results reveal challenges for Johnson Controls-Hitachi. The profit before tax, excluding other income, has shown a substantial decline, recorded at Rs 19.19 crore, which represents a year-on-year decrease of 50.17%. Similarly, profit after tax has also fallen sharply to Rs 17.62 crore, down 51.2% year-on-year. Furthermore, net sales have decreased to Rs 852.63 crore, reflecting a year-on-year decline of 14.39%.
