Jyoti Structures, a smallcap company in the transmission towers industry, recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 2024. The company’s stock has been given a ‘Sell’ call by MarketsMOJO.

According to the financial report, Jyoti Structures has shown a flat performance in the second quarter of FY24-25, with a score of -1 compared to 0 in the previous three months. However, there are some positive aspects to the company’s financials.


One of the highlights is the growth in Profit Before Tax (PBT) less Other Income, which has increased by 99.6% to Rs 4.90 crore compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters at Rs 2.46 crore. This indicates a very positive trend in the near term for PBT.


Another positive aspect is the company’s Operating Cash Flow, which has been the highest at Rs -19.34 crore and has shown growth in the last three years. This indicates that the company has generated higher cash revenues from its business operations.


In terms of Net Sales, Jyoti Structures has shown a growth of 21.3% at Rs 107.49 crore compared to the average Net Sales of the previous four quarters at Rs 88.63 crore. This also indicates a positive trend in the near term for sales.


However, there are some areas where the company’s performance has not been as strong. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter has fallen by -10.3% at Rs 7.06 crore compared to the average PAT of the previous four quarters at Rs 7.87 crore. This shows a very negative trend in the near term for PAT.
