Kavveri Defence Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Rising Sales and Profit Concerns in March 2025
Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing notable trends in its performance. The company has experienced a significant rise in net sales, reaching Rs 8.20 crore, which reflects a substantial growth compared to the average of the previous four quarters. This positive trajectory in sales is complemented by a remarkable increase in profit after tax (PAT), which stands at Rs 3.69 crore, marking the highest level in the last five quarters.However, the financial results also highlight areas of concern. The operating profit has recorded a decline, with a figure of Rs -0.60 crore, the lowest in the past five quarters. Additionally, profit before tax (PBT) has also reached a low of Rs -0.73 crore, indicating challenges in core operational profitability. Furthermore, the company’s reliance on non-operating income, which constitutes a significant portion of its PBT, raises questions about the sustainability of its business model.
In light of these developments, Kavveri Defence has undergone an adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting the mixed nature of its financial performance.
