Keystone Realtors Reports Strong PAT Growth Amid Declining PBT and Sales Challenges

Keystone Realtors, a midcap player in the construction and real estate industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The results, declared on May 14, 2025, indicate a notable adjustment in evaluation, with the score shifting to 3 from -6 over the past three months.
The financial data reveals a significant growth in Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached Rs 64.80 crore, reflecting an 88.0% increase compared to the average PAT of Rs 34.46 crore from the previous four quarters. This positive trend in PAT suggests a strong near-term outlook for profitability.

Conversely, the results also highlight challenges for Keystone Realtors. Profit Before Tax (PBT), excluding other income, was reported at Rs 29.27 crore, marking a decline of 15.1% against the average PBT of Rs 34.48 crore from the previous four quarters. Additionally, net sales for the latest six months totaled Rs 1,048.87 crore, showing a year-on-year decrease of 21.27%. The company's reliance on non-operating income, which constituted 66.21% of PBT, raises concerns about the sustainability of its business model.
