Khaitan (India) has announced its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing a significant increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) to Rs 3.44 crore and net sales of Rs 25.57 crore. However, a large portion of income stems from non-operating activities, raising concerns about long-term sustainability.
Khaitan (India), a microcap player in the Electronics & Appliances industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The results indicate a notable shift in the company's evaluation, with a revision in its score reflecting a change from 12 to 23 over the past three months.

The financial performance showcases a significant growth in Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached Rs 3.44 crore, marking a substantial increase compared to the average of Rs 1.38 crore from the previous four quarters. This trend suggests a very positive near-term outlook for profitability. Additionally, net sales for the quarter amounted to Rs 25.57 crore, representing a considerable rise from the average of Rs 17.00 crore in the preceding quarters, indicating a strong sales performance.

However, it is important to note that a considerable portion of the company's income, approximately 69.45% of Profit Before Tax (PBT), is derived from non-operating activities. This reliance on non-business income raises questions about the sustainability of the business model moving forward.
