KIFS Financial Services Reports Mixed Results with Strong PAT Growth Amid Sales Decline in March 2025
KIFS Financial Services, a microcap player in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The evaluation changes indicate a decline in the overall score, moving from -9 to -10 over the past three months.The financial results reveal a mixed performance for KIFS Financial. On a positive note, the Profit After Tax (PAT) has shown significant growth, reaching Rs 3.15 crore, which represents a 69.4% increase compared to the average PAT of the previous four quarters. This marks the highest PAT recorded in the last five quarters, suggesting a favorable trend in profitability for the company.
Conversely, the results also highlight challenges. Net Sales have decreased to Rs 6.60 crore, reflecting a decline of 33.2% against the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, the Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) has fallen sharply to Rs 0.26 crore, the lowest in five quarters, indicating a concerning trend in operational performance. Furthermore, a significant portion of the PBT is derived from non-operating income, raising questions about the sustainability of the business model.
