Kilburn Engineering's financial results for the quarter ending March 2025 show a mixed performance. The company achieved its highest quarterly net sales in five quarters at Rs 126.94 crore and recorded an operating profit of Rs 35.95 crore. However, profit after tax declined by 11.7% year on year, and interest expenses rose significantly.
Kilburn Engineering has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing a mixed performance landscape. The company achieved its highest quarterly net sales in the last five quarters, reaching Rs 126.94 crore, indicating a positive near-term sales trend. Additionally, Kilburn Engineering recorded its highest operating profit at Rs 35.95 crore, with an operating profit margin of 28.32%, reflecting improved efficiency.

However, the financial results also highlight challenges. The profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 20.41 crore, showing a decline of 11.7% year on year, which suggests a negative trend in profitability. Furthermore, interest expenses have surged to Rs 4.84 crore, marking a significant increase of 55.13% quarter on quarter, indicating rising borrowing costs.

In light of these developments, Kilburn Engineering has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting these recent changes. The overall assessment has shifted from 7 to 3 over the past three months, underscoring the evolving financial landscape for the company.
