KRBL, a leading player in the rice and rice processing industry, recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 2024. The company, which is classified as a midcap, has seen a negative performance in this quarter, with a score of -15 compared to -24 in the previous quarter.

According to the financials, KRBL’s Profit Before Tax (PBT) has fallen by 27.3% to Rs 101.85 crore, compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters which was Rs 140.16 crore. This trend is expected to continue in the near term. Similarly, the Profit After Tax (PAT) has also fallen by 15.8% to Rs 102.67 crore, compared to the average PAT of the previous four quarters which was Rs 121.94 crore.

One of the factors contributing to this negative performance is the increase in Non-Operating Income, which has reached its highest at Rs 35.84 crore in the last five quarters. However, experts believe that this increase may not be sustainable in the long run.

MarketsMOJO, a leading financial analysis platform, has given a ‘Strong Sell’ call for KRBL’s stock based on its financial performance in this quarter. This news may not be well received by investors, but it is important for them to stay informed about the company’s current financial situation.
