Kriti Industries (India) has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showing a notable improvement in cash reserves and a reduced debt-equity ratio. Kriti Industries (India), operating in the plastic products industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The results indicate a notable shift in the company's evaluation, with the score adjusting to -7 from -15 over the past three months.

On a positive note, the company has achieved its highest cash and cash equivalents in the last six half-yearly periods, amounting to Rs 28.67 crore, signaling an improvement in short-term liquidity. Additionally, the debt-equity ratio has reached its lowest point at 0.50 times in the last five half-yearly periods, reflecting a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital.

Conversely, the financial results also highlight challenges for Kriti Industries. The profit before tax (PBT) has shown a significant decline, recorded at Rs 6.70 crore, which represents a year-on-year decrease of 56.27%. Similarly, profit after tax (PAT) stands at Rs 7.26 crore, down 47.5% year-on-year. Furthermore, net sales have decreased to Rs 224.06 crore, reflecting a year-on-year decline of 12.87%.

These mixed results underscore the complexities facing Kriti Industries as it navigates its financial landscape.
