KSB has announced its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, highlighting strong operating cash flow and a significant year-on-year increase in profit after tax. However, concerns include a declining debtors turnover ratio and a low dividend payout ratio, alongside uncertainty regarding non-operating income sustainability.
KSB, a midcap player in the Compressors and Pumps industry, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The evaluation changes indicate a notable shift in the company's score, which has adjusted to 7 from 12 over the past three months.

The financial data reveals several positive aspects for KSB. The operating cash flow has reached its highest level at Rs 187.15 crore, demonstrating consistent growth over the last three years. Additionally, the profit after tax (PAT) for the latest six months stands at Rs 124.70 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 25.33%, suggesting a favorable near-term trend.

Conversely, there are areas of concern. The debtors turnover ratio has reached its lowest point at 3.90 times in the last five half-yearly periods, indicating a slowdown in the company's ability to settle its debts. Furthermore, the dividend payout ratio has also hit a low of 28.90% over the past five years, suggesting a reduced distribution of profits as dividends. Lastly, while non-operating income has peaked at Rs 12.50 crore in the last five quarters, the sustainability of this income from non-business activities remains uncertain.
