KSE Reports Strong Profit Growth Amid Declining Net Sales in May 2025 Results

KSE, a microcap company in the FMCG sector, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, with the announcement made on May 27, 2025. The evaluation changes indicate a revision in its score, which has adjusted to 18 from 20 over the past three months.
The financial results highlight several positive trends for KSE. The Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) reached Rs 43.47 crore, reflecting significant growth compared to the average of the previous four quarters. Similarly, the Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 34.79 crore, also showing substantial growth over the same period. The Operating Profit (PBDIT) was reported at Rs 45.79 crore, marking the highest level in the last five quarters, and the Operating Profit Margin improved to 11.69%, indicating enhanced efficiency. Additionally, the Earnings per Share (EPS) reached Rs 108.72, showcasing increased profitability for shareholders.

Conversely, KSE faced challenges with net sales, which were reported at Rs 391.81 crore, the lowest in the last five quarters, and reflected a decline compared to the previous average. The non-operating income was at its highest in five quarters, but its sustainability remains uncertain.
