L T Foods has reported strong financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, achieving its highest net sales and profitability metrics in five quarters. Despite these gains, the company faces challenges with a declining operating profit to interest ratio and rising interest expenses, indicating a complex financial landscape.
L T Foods has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a range of noteworthy metrics. The company achieved its highest net sales in the last five quarters, reaching Rs 2,463.92 crore, indicating a positive near-term sales trend. Additionally, the operating profit (PBDIT) also marked a peak at Rs 265.41 crore, alongside a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 191.24 crore, both reflecting favorable trends in profitability.

The profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 168.50 crore, and earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 4.85, both of which are the highest figures recorded in the past five quarters. These results suggest that L T Foods has successfully generated higher earnings for its shareholders.

However, the company faces challenges as well. The operating profit to interest ratio has reached its lowest point at 9.48 times, indicating a decline in the ability to manage interest payments. Furthermore, interest expenses have risen significantly, reflecting increased borrowings. While non-operating income has peaked at Rs 37.06 crore, its sustainability remains uncertain.
