Latent View Analytics Reports Strong Q3 Growth Amid Liquidity Challenges

Latent View Analytics, a midcap player in the IT software industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024. The results indicate a notable performance in several key areas. Net sales reached Rs 227.84 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters and reflecting a growth of 25.7% compared to the average net sales of the previous four quarters. Additionally, the operating profit also peaked at Rs 50.32 crore, while profit before tax (PBT) reached Rs 41.41 crore, both representing the best results in the last five quarters.
However, the company faces challenges as well. The cash and cash equivalents have dropped to Rs 287.05 crore, the lowest in the last six half-yearly periods, indicating a decline in short-term liquidity. Furthermore, the debtors turnover ratio has also reached a low of 4.77 times, suggesting a slowdown in the pace at which the company is settling its debts.

In light of these developments, Latent View Analytics has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting these recent changes.
