Lodha Developers Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Profit Growth and Cash Flow Challenges in June 2025

Lodha Developers, a prominent player in the realty sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The company has experienced notable developments in its financial metrics, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation score, which has shifted from 17 to 9 over the past three months.
On a positive note, the Profit After Tax (PAT) for the latest six months stands at Rs 1,596.40 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 39.94%. This trend indicates a favorable trajectory in the company's profitability. Additionally, the Debt-Equity Ratio has reached a low of 0.35 times, demonstrating a consistent reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital over the last five half-year periods.

Conversely, the company faces challenges as its Operating Cash Flow has declined to Rs 1,565.60 crore, marking the lowest level in three years.
