L&T Finance Reports Record Sales Amid Declining Operating Cash Flow in June 2025
L&T Finance Ltd, a prominent player in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, has recently released its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The evaluation changes reflect a notable shift, with the score rising to 5 from 0 over the past three months.The financial results highlight several positive aspects for L&T Finance Ltd. The company reported its highest quarterly net sales in the last five quarters, reaching Rs 4,259.57 crore. Additionally, the operating profit also marked a peak at Rs 2,619.62 crore, indicating a favorable trend in operational efficiency, as evidenced by an operating profit margin of 61.50%. Furthermore, profit before tax and profit after tax both reached their highest levels in recent quarters, at Rs 943.19 crore and Rs 701.10 crore, respectively. Earnings per share also saw an increase, standing at Rs 2.81.
Conversely, the financial results indicate challenges as well. The annual operating cash flow has reached its lowest point at Rs -16,607.68 crore, continuing a downward trend over the past three years, suggesting a decline in cash revenues from business operations.
