Marathon Nextgen Realty Reports Mixed Q3 Results Amid Financial Adjustments

Marathon Nextgen Realty, a small-cap player in the construction and real estate industry, has reported its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2024-25, reflecting a notable adjustment in its evaluation. The company's financial score has shifted to -10, a significant change from 0 over the past three months.
The financial metrics present a mixed picture for Marathon Nextgen. On a positive note, the operating profit to interest ratio has reached its highest level in five quarters at 4.19 times, suggesting effective management of interest obligations. Additionally, the debt-equity ratio is at a low 0.64 times, indicating a decrease in borrowing relative to equity capital. Cash and cash equivalents have also risen to Rs 99.02 crore, marking the highest level in the last six half-year periods.
