Meera Industries Reports Strong Q4 Growth Amid Declining Debtors Turnover Ratio

Meera Industries, a microcap player in the textile machinery sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024. The evaluation changes indicate a shift in the company's score, which has adjusted to 31 from 33 over the past three months.
The financial data reveals several positive trends for Meera Industries. The company achieved a profit before tax less other income (PBT) of Rs 1.72 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year growth of 224.53%. Additionally, net sales reached a record high of Rs 11.64 crore, marking a year-on-year increase of 52.96%. Operating profit also saw an upward trajectory, with the quarterly figure reaching Rs 2.06 crore, the highest in the last five quarters. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 1.34 crore, further emphasizing the company's strong performance in recent periods. Earnings per share (EPS) also reached a peak of Rs 1.25, indicating enhanced profitability for shareholders.

However, the financial results also highlight a concern with the debtors turnover ratio, which has fallen to 4.47 times, the lowest in the last five half-yearly periods, suggesting a slowdown in the pace of settling debts.
