MIC Electronics Reports Mixed Financial Results for March 2025, Highlighting Sales Growth and Profit Decline

MIC Electronics has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing a mix of trends within its performance metrics. The company achieved net sales of Rs 44.85 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year growth of 95.34%. This marks the highest quarterly sales figure in the last five quarters, indicating a strong near-term sales trend. Additionally, the profit before tax less other income (PBT) reached Rs 6.50 crore, also the highest in the past five quarters, with a year-on-year growth of 40.69%. The operating profit (PBDIT) followed suit, recording Rs 8.37 crore, further supporting the positive near-term operating profit trend. However, not all aspects of the financial results were favorable. The profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 3.57 crore, which represents a notable decline of 92.8% year-on-year, indicating a challenging trend in this area. Furthermore, interest expenses for the latest six months increased to Rs 2.80 crore, up 54.70% from the previous half-year period, suggesting a rise in borrowing costs.
