Mindspace Business Parks REIT has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024, revealing a flat performance for Q3 FY24-25. The evaluation changes indicate a notable adjustment in its score, which has shifted to -1 from a previous score of 8 over the last three months.
The financial data highlights several positive aspects for Mindspace Business Parks. Net sales reached a record high of Rs 660.94 crore, marking consistent growth each quarter over the last five quarters. Additionally, the operating profit (PBDIT) also peaked at Rs 489.43 crore during the same period, reflecting a favorable near-term trend.
