Modern Dairies Reports Decline in Profitability and Sales in June 2025 Results
Modern Dairies has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing notable shifts in its performance metrics. The company, operating within the FMCG sector as a microcap entity, has experienced a revision in its evaluation, with its score adjusting from 6 to 2 over the past three months.The financial data indicates a significant decline in Profit After Tax (PAT), which stands at Rs 1.65 crore, reflecting a substantial reduction compared to the average PAT of Rs 6.76 crore from the previous four quarters. This trend suggests challenges in maintaining profitability. Similarly, Net Sales have also shown a downward adjustment, recorded at Rs 78.30 crore, which is lower than the average of Rs 87.02 crore over the same period.
Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) has also seen a decline, now at Rs 1.95 crore, down from an average of Rs 2.24 crore in the preceding quarters. Additionally, Earnings per Share (EPS) have reached their lowest point in five quarters at Rs 0.64, indicating a decrease in earnings for shareholders.
