Mufin Green Finance, a smallcap finance company, has reported a record high net sales of Rs 46.21 crore with a growth rate of 57.5% in the second quarter of fiscal year 2024-25. Despite a 'Sell' call from MarketsMojo, the company has consistently shown strong and stable financial performance with increasing sales and profits. However, its operating cash flow has been declining in the last three years, indicating a need for improvement.

Mufin Green Finance, a smallcap finance company, has recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 2024. The company has received a ‘Sell’ call from MarketsMOJO, a leading financial analysis firm.

Despite this, Mufin Green has shown very positive financial performance in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25. The company’s net sales for the quarter were at a record high of Rs 46.21 crore, with a growth rate of 57.5% compared to the average net sales of the previous four quarters. This trend of increasing sales has been consistent for the last five quarters, indicating a strong and stable performance.

The operating profit (PBDIT) for the quarter was also at its highest at Rs 31.11 crore, with a positive trend in the last five quarters. Similarly, the profit before tax (PBT) has shown a growth of 42.7% compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) was also at its highest at Rs 5.69 crore, with a growth rate of 30.1% compared to the average PAT of the previous four quarters.

However, Mufin Green’s operating cash flow for the year has been consistently falling in the last three years, with the lowest being at Rs -358.70 crore. This indicates a decline in the company’s cash revenues from business operations.

Overall, Mufin Green Finance has shown a strong and positive financial performance in the recent quarter, with increasing sales and profits. However, the company needs to address its declining operating cash flow to ensure sustainable growth in the future. Investors are advised to carefully consider these financials before making any investment decisions.
