Nahar Capital & Financial Services has reported mixed financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. While net sales increased to Rs 5.67 crore and profit before tax reached a five-quarter high, profit after tax declined to Rs 11.48 crore, raising concerns about income sustainability.
Nahar Capital & Financial Services, a microcap player in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The results indicate a mixed performance, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation.

On a positive note, Nahar Capital's net sales reached Rs 5.67 crore, reflecting a growth of 24.3% compared to the average of the previous four quarters, which stood at Rs 4.56 crore. This upward trend in sales is a favorable indicator for the company's near-term outlook. Additionally, the profit before tax (PBT) has reached its highest level in the last five quarters at Rs 17.28 crore, suggesting a positive trajectory in this area as well.

Conversely, the profit after tax (PAT) has shown a decline, recorded at Rs 11.48 crore, which represents a decrease of 7.8% compared to the average PAT of Rs 12.45 crore from the previous four quarters. Furthermore, a significant portion of the company's income, 34.60% of PBT, is derived from non-operating sources, raising concerns about the sustainability of its business model.

Overall, these financial results have led to a revision in Nahar Capital's score, reflecting the complexities of its current performance landscape.
