Nelcast Reports Strong Financial Growth and Improved Cash Flow in June 2025 Results

Nelcast, a small-cap player in the Castings & Forgings industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The company has experienced notable developments in its financial metrics, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation score, which has risen to 16 from 14 over the past three months.
The financial results indicate a significant growth in Profit Before Tax (PBT), which reached Rs 12.46 crore, reflecting a 75.3% increase compared to the average of the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) also showed strong performance, amounting to Rs 12.50 crore, a 45.4% rise over the same comparative period. Operating cash flow has reached its highest level in three years at Rs 104.83 crore, indicating robust cash generation from business operations. Additionally, net sales have peaked at Rs 331.86 crore over the last five quarters, suggesting a positive trend in sales performance.

On the other hand, the Debtors Turnover Ratio has shown a decline, recorded at 3.68 times, indicating a slower pace in settling debts over the last five half-year periods. Furthermore, the company has achieved its lowest Debt-Equity Ratio at 0.53 times, reflecting a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital, and has increased its dividend per share to Rs 0.50, the highest in five years.
