Netlink Solutions reports decline in sales

Netlink Solutions (India), a microcap IT software company, has recently announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 2023. The company's stock has been given a 'Sell' call by MarketsMOJO.

According to the quarterly analysis, there has been a significant decline in net sales by 80.00% in the quarter ended September 2023 compared to the previous quarter. However, the standalone net profit has only seen a slight decrease of 16.91%. The operating profit (PBDIT) excluding other income has shown a growth of 4.76% in the same period, but it has fallen from the previous quarter.

One positive aspect for Netlink Solutions is the growth in Profit After Tax (PAT) which has increased by 145.7% year on year. However, the company's non-operating income is high, accounting for 113.02% of the Profit Before Tax (PBT), which may not be a sustainable business model. Additionally, the company's debtors turnover ratio has slowed down in the last five half-yearly periods.

Despite the positive growth in PAT, the overall financial performance of Netlink Solutions has seen a decline in the last quarter. The company's score has also fallen from 15 to 12 in the last three months. Investors should carefully consider these factors before making any investment decisions.
