Patel Engineering Reports Strong Revenue Growth Amid Mixed Financial Indicators in March 2025

Patel Engineering has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing significant year-on-year growth in Profit After Tax and operating profit to interest ratio. However, the Earnings per Share has declined, and the Debtors Turnover Ratio indicates a slowdown in debt settlement.
Patel Engineering, a small-cap player in the capital goods industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The evaluation changes indicate a shift in the company's score, which has adjusted to 14 from 15 over the past three months.

The financial data reveals several positive trends for Patel Engineering. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the latest six months stands at Rs 218.44 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year growth of 66.30%. Additionally, the operating profit to interest ratio has reached its highest level in five quarters at 2.77 times, suggesting an improvement in the company's ability to manage interest payments. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) has also shown a robust performance, recorded at Rs 113.56 crore, which is a 45.2% increase compared to the average of the previous four quarters. Furthermore, net sales have peaked at Rs 1,611.86 crore, marking a 33.6% growth over the previous four-quarter average.

However, not all indicators are favorable. The Earnings per Share (EPS) has reached its lowest point in five quarters at Rs 0.42, indicating a decline in profitability for shareholders. Additionally, the Debtors Turnover Ratio has also dropped to 6.76 times, suggesting a slowdown in the company's pace of settling its debts.
