Premier Explosives Reports Strong Financial Growth and Improved Liquidity in June 2025 Results

Premier Explosives has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a notable performance in various key metrics. The company has experienced a significant adjustment in its evaluation, with its score rising to 30 from 4 over the past three months.
The financial highlights indicate a robust growth trajectory. Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs 18.61 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 154.3%. Similarly, net sales amounted to Rs 142.15 crore, marking a year-on-year increase of 71.55%. The operating profit to interest ratio has also reached its highest level in five quarters at 20.48 times, suggesting an enhanced capacity to manage interest obligations.

Additionally, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 16.93 crore, growing by 78.02% year-on-year, while operating profit (PBDIT) hit Rs 20.89 crore, the highest in the last five quarters. The earnings per share (EPS) also peaked at Rs 2.86, indicating improved profitability for shareholders.

On the liquidity front, cash and cash equivalents reached Rs 101.31 crore, the highest in the last six half-yearly periods, and the debt-equity ratio has improved to 0.17 times, the lowest in five half-yearly periods. However, the increase in non-operating income to Rs 5.89 crore raises questions about sustainability.
