Prime Securities, a microcap company in the finance/NBFC sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The results indicate a notable shift in the company's financial landscape, as the overall score has undergone a revision, reflecting changes in its evaluation.

The financial metrics reveal several challenges for Prime Securities. The Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) stands at Rs 0.72 crore, marking a significant decline compared to the previous year. Similarly, the Profit After Tax (PAT) has also decreased to Rs 0.80 crore, indicating a downward trend in profitability. Net sales have reached their lowest point in the last five quarters at Rs 12.71 crore, suggesting a contraction in revenue generation.

Additionally, the Operating Profit (PBDIT) has fallen to Rs 1.17 crore, the lowest in recent quarters, while the Operating Profit Margin has decreased to 9.21%. This decline points to a deterioration in operational efficiency. Furthermore, the Earnings per Share (EPS) has dropped to Rs 0.24, reflecting reduced earnings for shareholders.

In light of these developments, Prime Securities has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, which may influence perceptions of its financial health moving forward.
