Rajoo Engineers Reports Strong Profit Growth Amid Declining Net Sales in Q3 FY24-25

Rajoo Engineers, a small-cap player in the plastic products industry, has recently reported its financial results for the third quarter of FY24-25, with results declared on January 17, 2025. The company has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting a shift in its score over the past three months.
The financial results highlight a notable increase in Profit Before Tax (PBT), which reached Rs 9.63 crore, demonstrating a year-on-year growth of 45.25%. Profit After Tax (PAT) also showed a significant rise, growing by 54.4% to Rs 9.40 crore. Operating Profit (PBDIT) achieved its highest level in the last five quarters at Rs 10.84 crore, accompanied by an operating profit margin of 19.33%, indicating enhanced operational efficiency.

On the liquidity front, cash and cash equivalents stood at Rs 90.37 crore, marking the highest level in the last six half-yearly periods, which suggests improved short-term liquidity. Additionally, the Debtors Turnover Ratio improved to 26.97 times, reflecting the company's enhanced ability to manage its receivables.

Conversely, net sales experienced a decline of 6.66% year-on-year, totaling Rs 56.08 crore, which points to challenges in sales performance. Furthermore, non-operating income peaked at Rs 1.91 crore, raising questions about its sustainability.
