Ram Ratna Wires Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Rising Interest Expenses in June 2025

Ram Ratna Wires, operating in the Other Electrical Equipment industry, recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The evaluation changes reflect a notable shift in the company's score, which has adjusted to -5 from a previous score of 4 over the last three months.
The financial results indicate that net sales reached Rs 982.47 crore, marking the highest level in the last five quarters, suggesting a positive near-term sales trend. However, challenges are evident in other areas. The operating profit to interest ratio has reached its lowest point at 2.66 times, indicating a decline in the company's capacity to manage interest payments effectively. Additionally, interest expenses have risen to Rs 45.75 crore, growing by 30.23% over the preceding nine-month period, which points to increased borrowings.

Profit After Tax (PAT) has also shown a downward trend, recorded at Rs 15.46 crore, reflecting an 8.9% decline compared to the average PAT of the previous four quarters. Furthermore, earnings per share (EPS) have fallen to Rs 3.51, the lowest in the last five quarters, highlighting a decrease in profitability and lower earnings for shareholders.
