Ramco Industries Reports Strong Q3 FY24-25 Results with Significant PAT Growth

Ramco Industries, a small-cap player in the construction materials sector, recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024. The company reported a notable performance in Q3 FY24-25, with its score reflecting an adjustment in evaluation, moving from 12 to 16 over the past three months.
The financial highlights indicate a significant year-on-year growth in Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached Rs 88.89 crore, marking a 237% increase. This figure represents the highest PAT recorded in the last five quarters, suggesting a robust near-term trend. Additionally, Profit Before Tax (PBT) also showed positive momentum, growing to Rs 23.37 crore, a 34.08% increase year-on-year.

On the earnings front, Earnings per Share (EPS) reached Rs 10.26, the highest in the last five quarters, indicating enhanced profitability for shareholders. Furthermore, the company has maintained a low Debt-Equity Ratio of 0.03 times, reflecting a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital.

However, there are areas of concern, including a rise in interest costs, which increased to Rs 4.50 crore, and a decline in the Debtors Turnover Ratio, now at 11.16 times, indicating a slower pace in settling debts.
