Restaurant Brands Asia has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a complex picture of performance within the leisure services industry. The company has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift from 0 to -2 over the past three months.

On a positive note, Restaurant Brands Asia achieved its highest quarterly net sales in the last five quarters, reaching Rs 697.72 crore. This upward trend in sales is complemented by a notable improvement in profit after tax (PAT), which, despite being negative at Rs -41.94 crore, marks the best performance in this metric over the same period. Additionally, earnings per share (EPS) also reached its highest point at Rs -0.72, indicating a potential for increased profitability.

Conversely, the company faces challenges, particularly in its operating profit to interest ratio, which has fallen to 1.55 times, suggesting difficulties in managing interest obligations. Furthermore, the debtors turnover ratio has declined to 75.80 times, indicating a slowdown in the pace of settling debts. While non-operating income has seen a rise to Rs 21.98 crore, concerns remain regarding the sustainability of this income source.
