Sanghi Industries Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Rising Costs and Sales Growth in March 2025
Sanghi Industries has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing a mixed performance within the cement industry. The company recorded net sales of Rs 335.25 crore, reflecting a significant growth of 46.0% compared to the average net sales of the previous four quarters, which stood at Rs 229.58 crore. This marks the highest quarterly sales figure for Sanghi Industries in the last five quarters, indicating a positive near-term sales trend.However, the financial results also highlight challenges for the company. Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) was reported at Rs -127.65 crore, a notable decline of 99.2% compared to the average PBT of Rs -64.09 crore from the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) fell to Rs -116.91 crore, down 76.1% from the average PAT of Rs -66.39 crore. Additionally, interest expenses reached their highest level in five quarters at Rs 66.48 crore, suggesting increased borrowing costs.
In light of these developments, Sanghi Industries has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score moving from -6 to -5 over the past three months.
