SBEC Sugar has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing notable developments in its performance metrics. The company has experienced a significant adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift from -13 to 14 over the past three months.
The financial results indicate a remarkable growth in Profit Before Tax (PBT), which reached Rs 46.85 crore, marking a substantial increase compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) also demonstrated strong growth, amounting to Rs 46.35 crore, again showing a significant improvement over prior averages. The company's ability to manage interest payments has been highlighted by an operating profit to interest ratio of 6.17 times, the highest recorded in the last five quarters.

Net sales for SBEC Sugar stood at Rs 209.06 crore, reflecting a positive trend in sales performance. Additionally, the operating profit margin reached 28.60%, indicating enhanced operational efficiency. Earnings per share (EPS) also hit a high of Rs 9.73, suggesting improved profitability for shareholders.
