Sinclairs Hotels Reports Declining Profitability and Cash Flow Challenges in June 2025 Results

Sinclairs Hotels has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing notable challenges within its operations. The company declared a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs 4.05 crore, reflecting a significant decline of 34.15% year on year. Additionally, the annual Operating Cash Flow has reached its lowest point at Rs 10.60 crore, continuing a downward trend over the past three years. This decline suggests that the company's cash revenues from core business operations are under pressure.
