Steel Exchange India Reports Strong Q3 FY24-25 Results with Significant Growth in Profit and Sales

Steel Exchange India has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024, showcasing a notable performance in Q3 FY24-25. The company has experienced a significant adjustment in its evaluation, with its score rising to 21 from 8 over the past three months.
The financial data reveals a substantial growth in Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT), which reached Rs 15.59 crore, reflecting a remarkable increase compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) also demonstrated strong growth, amounting to Rs 15.86 crore, significantly surpassing the average PAT from earlier periods.

Additionally, Steel Exchange reported its highest net sales in the last five quarters at Rs 327.51 crore, indicating a positive trend in sales performance. The company’s operating profit, measured as PBDIT, also reached a peak of Rs 39.45 crore, further highlighting its operational efficiency. The operating profit margin improved to 12.05%, marking the highest level in recent quarters, which underscores the company's enhanced ability to manage its operations effectively.
