Sunil Industries, a microcap player in the textile industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024. The results indicate a notable shift in the company's financial landscape, with a revision in its score reflecting these changes.
The company achieved net sales of Rs 61.12 crore, marking a significant growth compared to the average of Rs 35.36 crore over the previous four quarters. This quarter's sales represent the highest figure recorded in the last five quarters, suggesting a robust near-term sales trend. Additionally, Sunil Industries reported an operating profit of Rs 4.17 crore, also the highest in the last five quarters, indicating a positive trajectory in operational efficiency.

Profit before tax reached Rs 1.80 crore, while profit after tax stood at Rs 1.24 crore, both figures representing the best performance in the last five quarters. Furthermore, earnings per share (EPS) climbed to Rs 2.95, reflecting enhanced profitability for shareholders.

However, the company faces challenges with rising interest costs, which have increased to Rs 3.41 crore, indicating a higher level of borrowings compared to the previous half-year period.
