Super Tannery Reports Strong Financial Growth Amid Rising Interest Expenses in March 2025

Super Tannery, a microcap player in the diversified consumer products industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The company has experienced notable changes in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift from 7 to 13 over the past three months.
The financial data reveals several positive trends for Super Tannery. The operating profit to interest ratio has reached its highest level in five quarters at 4.99 times, indicating an enhanced capacity to manage interest obligations. Additionally, profit before tax (PBT) has shown significant growth, reaching Rs 2.95 crore, which marks a 65.5% increase compared to the average of the previous four quarters. However, it is important to note that interest expenses have also risen, with the latest six-month figure at Rs 2.97 crore, up 26.92% from the previous half-year period, suggesting increased borrowing costs.
