SVP Global Textiles, a microcap trading company, recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 2024. The company’s stock has been given a ‘Strong Sell’ rating by MarketsMOJO.

According to the financial report, SVP Global has seen a very negative performance in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024-2025. The company’s score has improved slightly from -28 to -22 in the last three months.

One of the major factors contributing to this decline is the decrease in net sales, which have fallen by 76.5% to Rs 16.19 crore compared to the average net sales of the previous four quarters, which was Rs 68.78 crore. This indicates a very negative trend in the company’s sales in the near term.

The company’s profit after tax (PAT) for the half-yearly period has also seen a decline of 55.87% year on year, with a PAT of Rs -160.59 crore. This indicates a very negative trend in the company’s profitability in the near term.

Another concerning aspect is the company’s ability to manage its interest payments, with the operating profit to interest ratio being the lowest at -61,770,000.00 times in the last five quarters. This shows a deterioration in the company’s ability to handle its interest payments.

The debtors turnover ratio for the half-yearly period has also seen a decline, with the lowest ratio of 0.35 times in the last five half-yearly periods. This indicates a slowdown in the company’s pace of settling its debtors.

Overall, SVP Global’s financial performance for the quarter ending September 2024 has been very negative, with a decline in net sales, profitability, and efficiency. Investors should take note of these factors before making any investment decisions.
