TARC Ltd, a midcap player in the realty sector, has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The company has experienced notable shifts in its financial metrics, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation score, which has moved to -16 from -14 over the past three months.

On a positive note, TARC Ltd's net sales reached Rs 11.82 crore, reflecting a significant growth of 74.9% compared to the average of the previous four quarters, which stood at Rs 6.76 crore. This marks the highest quarterly sales figure in the last five quarters, indicating a favorable near-term sales trend.

Conversely, the company has faced challenges, particularly in profitability. The profit before tax less other income (PBT) has recorded a substantial decline, landing at Rs -110.80 crore, which is a stark contrast to the average PBT of Rs -46.59 crore from the previous four quarters. Similarly, profit after tax (PAT) has also fallen to Rs -104.52 crore, down from an average of Rs -44.61 crore. Additionally, the operating profit has reached its lowest point in five quarters at Rs -83.64 crore, highlighting difficulties in managing operational costs.

Overall, TARC Ltd's financial results reflect a complex landscape of growth in sales juxtaposed with significant challenges in profitability and operational efficiency.
