TGV Sraac, a small-cap player in the commodity chemicals industry, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The company reported net sales of Rs 486.83 crore, marking the highest quarterly sales in the last five quarters and demonstrating a consistent upward trend in sales performance.Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter stood at Rs 25.20 crore, reflecting a significant growth rate of 41.3% compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters, which was Rs 17.84 crore. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs 21.79 crore, showing a growth of 34.9% against the average PAT of Rs 16.14 crore from the prior four quarters. These figures indicate a positive trajectory in profitability metrics.
However, TGV Sraac also faced challenges, particularly with interest expenses. The quarterly interest cost rose to Rs 8.66 crore, the highest in the last five quarters, and increased by 39.45% quarter on quarter. This rise in interest expenses suggests a trend of increased borrowings, which may impact future financial evaluations.
In light of these developments, TGV Sraac has experienced adjustments in its evaluation, with its score reflecting these changes.
